The MIAA/GLVC 3-Umpire Instructional Umpire Clinic, a CBUA Umpire Clinic located in Kansas City, is designed for JUCO, NAIA, or NCAA D-II umpires looking to advance to an NCAA D-II conference staff. Supervisors for the MIAA, GLVC and KCAC will be on site all weekend making umpire assessments.

 

The clinic is designed to provide college umpires with the skills and attitude necessary to advance their careers to the NCAA Division II conference level.

 

Clinic Instructors will work with umpires in the classroom, on the field and in the cages. Over the weekend umpires will umpire High School showcase baseball to enhance their knowledge of 3-umpire mechanics, positioning and judgment. Umpires will receive instruction and an evaluation of their performance in accordance with NCAA standards.
